ストラップの「紐」と、企画・製造元が長年培ってきた細幅織物の「織」を掛け合わせた梵字で、「メイド・イン・ジャパン」の精神を表現。strApssの中心に配された「A」は、あらゆる可能性を意味する“All mighty”と、頂点を示す “Ace”の頭文字。静と動、日常とステージを行き来するブランドの姿勢を、一つのシンボルに。

STORY
音楽とstrApssが出会ったきっかけは、あるバンドからの依頼だった。細幅織物製造40年。カバンやアウトドア業界への資材納入や縫製の実績はあったものの、ギターストラップの製作は初の試み。────── 期待に応えたい。そんな一心で動いた。
素材選びから皮革の仕入れ、縫製までを自社で一貫して完結させる挑戦の中で、「職人の技術で音楽の現場にこたえる」ことの可能性を見出した。その経験を経た現在、アーティストや大手楽器店とともに、確かな信頼を紡いでいる。
strApssがたどり着いた答えは、「音楽と日常を隔てない」ということ。誰もが同じストラップを共有できるという発想から、用途を一瞬で切り替えられる独自機構を自社で開発。音楽シーンへの恩返しとして、織物メーカーとしての精度と感性を、アーティストと日常をつなぐ「ストラップ」という形で表現していく。
The journey of strApss began with a single request from a band. For over forty years, we’ve been weaving narrow fabrics — supplying materials and sewing for bags and outdoor gear. Yet, making a guitar strap was uncharted territory for us. Driven by one simple desire — to exceed expectations — we took on the challenge. From sourcing leather to sewing, every process was completed in-house. Through this experience, we discovered a new possibility: craftsmanship can live and breathe in the world of music. Today, we continue to build lasting trust with artists and major musical instrument stores, guided by that same spirit. Our philosophy is clear — music and everyday life should not be divided. From this belief, we developed our own original mechanism that allows a strap’s purpose to shift in an instant — so anyone can share the same strap, seamlessly moving between scenes. As a way to give back to the music community, we express the precision and sensibility of Japanese textile craftsmanship through a single form — the strap — connecting artists with the rhythm of daily life.
